One-off workshops or sustained training programmes can link in with the school/college curriculum to enrich learning and career development. Learners can gain skills that are valuable in the workplace and gain skills that will increase their employability.

Employers or industry practitioners provide talks or contribute to delivery on employability, including general careers advice, CV writing, interview training
Minimum commitment – preparing and delivering at least 1 activity per year
